MANSFIELD PAINTBALL REVIEW |
DESCRIPTION
The newest paintball field in the Dallas/Fort
Worth metroplex is located in Mansfield, Texas,
just south of Arlington. Mansfield Paintball
opened on June 1, 2013, and is located on 57
acres of wooded land with 18+ acres dedicated
to seven paintball fields. The owner Vernon
Kenner has plans to turn this entire area into an
amazing family oriented entertainment facility
with zip-lines, go-carts and much more!
As soon as you see the entrance to the park
(shown above) you know this isn’t any ordinary,
brand-new paintball field. Serious planning and
money went into designing the entrance and the
entire park. Check-in is located near the parking
lot right at the entrance. Parking is ample and
spacious, located just past the check-in building.
Mansfield Paintball decided to go in a different
direction than most fields – the check-in and
parking are located near the entrance and free
golf-cart and Polaris© four-wheelers are
available to take you down to the staging area
and paintball fields. While everything is within
walking distance, the fact that they offer these
free “taxi” rides to and from the fields, parking lot
and check-in building is a premium touch.

In the check-in building is a paintball convenience store for those last minute
necessities - paint, new goggles, and more. Concessions are also available at
the check-in building and in a concession trailer near the fields.
The check-in area also includes a large Party Room with fully operational kitchen
area and four large screen TVs.
The staging area is located right next to the paintball fields and the furthest you
have to walk to get to any of the fields is about 200 yards. This area has 2800
square feet of covered tables and benches along with individual stools for
spectators to watch games on the Speedball field. There is even a provided
sandbox for younger children.
Most of the fields have their own covered staging area that individuals or parties
can reserve for a nominal fee. Port-a-potties are available near the staging area
and fully operational and air conditioned restrooms are available at the check-in
building. The staging area has a player-friendly air refill station that fills nitrogen
tanks to 3000PSI. For safety reasons, if you want the max of 4500PSI you have
to return to the check-in building.
