APE RAMPAGE BOARD FOR TIPPMANN X7 PHENOM REVIEW
|
After installing the new board I found that it had issues similar to the original board. Here is a table showing the original board test
results and the new board results:

10/21/2014 - As you can easily see I LOST two more modes of fire with the new board! I replaced the new board with the old one and it
still performed as shown above. Then I emailed APE with the update and used the RMA form and number from the earlier email to
send the new board back to them.
01/26/2015 - I finally received a replacement board from APE today! I'll install it this weekend and post the results. Hopefully all 8
modes will work this time....
FINAL UPDATE 03/01/2019: After more than 3 years, I've given up any hope of getting all eight modes to work. I've replaced boards and
had them configured by pro-shops several times - all with the same results. The best part of all this is that the modes that I am most
interested in "Full Auto" and "Semi-Auto" work just fine.
Final comment: These boards are getting more and more scarce. If you have a Phenom X7 and you want an APE Rampage board - find
it and buy it today! Maybe get a couple as backup. When the work, they work great. Buyer beware!
